Our per-outcome reports for ABET and the feedback reports for our
contiuous-improvement process are based on knowing how each student
performed on each problem/question (a.k.a. ``item") on each
assignment/quiz (a.k.a. ``assessment"):
- For each course section, the graders and/or TAs must create a
spreadsheet telling how each of the section's enrollees performed on
each item administered/assigned in that section.2.19
- Items should be stored in ``item banks.'' For each item, there should
be a statement, solution, rubric, list of purposes,2.20 etc.
- We need chart showing for each item of each assessment which column of
the spreadsheet has the scores for that item. Probably the best would
be to have one assessment per page in order of posting. The the
columns of the page should correspond to the assessment's
items.2.21
- We need another chart showing which item-bank entry corresponds to
each item in each assessment. That chart sould be part of the
representation of the assessment.2.22
