Versioning.

We intend to use some kind of crawler to checkin versions of archived documents to local RCS directories on a daily basis. Probably this can be accomplished via a variant of our current telescoping backup system.

There will need to be tools that can show a slice of the archive as it looked at a particular time, say, as of the end of Winter Quarter two years in the past.
