Scheduling of labs.

At the suggestion of our Committee on Instruction, it has become CS&E policy, insofar as possible, to schedule each lecture section's corresponding lab sections on the same day of the week and preferrably at the same time. Having them on the same day keeps all students at the same place relative to the lectures. Having them at the same time (simultaneous) minimizes the number of distinct exam-versions required in-lab exams. (Of course, these policies may increase the number of time conflicts between courses.)
