Applications on Networks
We study how emerging applications stress modern networks, including connected transportation, IoT, sensing, and AI-enabled services.
Here at GeNeLa (next-Gen Networking Lab), we are dedicated to the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative networked systems tailored for emerging applications. Our mission is to ensure the performance, reliability, robustness, and security of networks, systems, and the applications that run on them. Within the lab, we tackle cutting-edge research challenges spanning wireless networks, edge computing, distributed systems, and cybersecurity. Our interdisciplinary innovations are applied in diverse use cases, including but not limited to 5G networks, Internet of Things, and autonomous vehicles.
We eagerly welcome motivated individuals to join us and become trailblazers for the next-generation networking. You can find our publication list here.
We study how emerging applications stress modern networks, including connected transportation, IoT, sensing, and AI-enabled services.
We uncover security and reliability gaps in deployed networked systems and design practical defenses for cellular, wireless, and Internet infrastructure.
We explore how AI can help networked systems become more observable, adaptive, programmable, performant, and robust across wireless, edge, and distributed environments.
I've also worked with a group of great MS students on their MS project.
